COVID 19 SAFETY PLAN
We are very excited to welcome you back to Bistro 694! The safety and well-being of our guests and staff is our #1 priority.
As such, we are following government guidelines carefully, and taking additional measures to keep you safe. Stringent protocols have been implemented in our restaurant outlined below:
Things will be a little different in this COVID 19 era –
Here’s what we’ll be doing to keep you and our staff safe:
ALL STAFF AT BISTRO 694 HAVE BEEN FULLY VACCINATED
-
The maximum occupancy of the restaurant has been reduced.
-
We have placed plastic barriers between most tables (don't worry, they look really nice!)
-
Each table will be provided with a jug of water, and guests will provide their own refills
- Servers and dishwashers will wear masks
-
Guests will be asked to place all dirty dishes and glassware on the edge of the table.
-
Laminated menus will be sanitized after each use
-
If a guest asks to take leftovers home, we will provide the takeout container, and allow guests to pack it themselves
-
Take-out guests will only pick up at designated times.
-
Sanitizer stations will be set up at the front entrance, patio entrance, and dishwashing area
-
No more than 4 guests from one party will be allowed at a table
-
A plexiglass barrier has been installed at the bar/payment area; barrier will be disinfected thoroughly at the end of each shift
-
Enhanced cleaning and sanitization of all frequent touchpoints has been implemented; light switches, door handles, faucets, tables, chairs, etc. all to be frequently disinfected
-
All cleaning staff has been provided proper training on cleaning and sterilization
-
Dishwashing protocols in place; dishwashers to ensure that all glassware, plates and cutlery are properly sanitized by checking the bleach solution when cycle has finished
-
All tables, chairs, and menus are to be disinfected after each guest
-
Bathrooms will be cleaned and sanitized frequently
